Thomas R Jordan

Most Worshipful Grand Master 1998-1999
Thomas Raymond Jordan was born in Plymouth, Indiana, on March 16, 1937.
After attending schools in Indiana, he graduated from the University of Montana
with a BS in Business Management. M. W. Brother Jordan joined the Army in
1955. He entered the United States Military Academy West Point in the Class
of 1960 and was a Vietnam veteran. In March 1974, he was assigned to Fort
Missoula. He was one of the last active-duty members assigned to Fort Missoula
and retired in July 1977 after 22 years of service. Brother Tom started a new
career as a real estate agent and broker in Missoula that would last for more than
30 years.
Brother Jordan received his degrees in Monterey Lodge 217, Monterey, California.
Initiated December 9, 1970, Passed on January 13, 1971, and Raised to the
sublime degree of a Master Mason on February 10, 1971. On January 15, 1976,

17, 2024. The service included Masonic funeral rites and military honors. Interment occurred the following week
at the Western Montana State Veterans Cemetery, Missoula, Montana.
