Troy Lodge No 126 requested permission to surrendered its Charter and the request was accepted by the Craft. - GALATA LODGE NO. 106
By action of the Craft assembled, Galata Lodge No. 106 has been charged with violation of Section 22060, Item A. Disobedience of any provisions of the Constitution or Statutes of Grand Lodge; B. Disregard of lawful authority of the Grand Master; E. Failure to meet within a period of three successive months. These charges will be investigated by a commission of sitting Worshipful Masters or Past Masters and could end in action to revoke the Charter.
Legislative action adopted at the 143rd Annual Communication became in force and effect at close of the Communication.
The 144th Annual Communication will be held June 24, 25, and 26, 2010 in Missoula, Montana.
