          To all of you who completed the survey – thank you. Your feedback is really important to us, as it not only
        educates where we need to focus our attention but also areas where you need additional support and where
        we can improve our service to you. This truly does help us to determine what we are doing well and what we
        need to get better at! Brothers you have spoken, and the survey shows that there is room for improvement in
        a number of areas and some great suggestions for possible topics for workshops or speakers. Most of all this
        information can be used to improve our Annual Communication and make it more enjoyable and valuable to
        each of you. One of the essential changes that your feedback provides is that we must change the usual way
        of thinking about being a Grand Lodge Offi  cer to that of being here to serve you the Craft. To understand that
        Grand Offi  cers work for you and that Leadership is about submission to duty, Not elevation to power. You
