THE ABOVE ITEMS HAVE TO BE IN THE HANDS OF THE GRAND MASTER PRIOR TO THE CONFERRAL OF THE DEGREES
                              UPON THE CANDIDATE AT THE GRAND MASTER’S ONE DAY CLASS.

               THE GRAND MASTER WILL REQUIRE ALL CANDIDATES TO LEARN AND DEMONSTRATE A
               MODIFIED PROFICIENCY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE EXEMPLIFICATION OF EACH DEGREE.

                 GUIDELINES FOR THE MODIFIED PROFICIENCY WILL BE PROVIDED AT A LATER DATE.

5.) The candidate or candidates’ sponsoring Lodge will be required to have in attendance at the Grand Masters One Day
Class the following Brothers of the Lodge:

   A.) Three Brothers consisting of Worshipful Master, Wardens or Past Masters, who will constitute the Lodge
   Proficiency Committee. These Brothers will report to the Lodge Secretary or Secretary pro tem in attendance at the
   Grand Masters One Day Class, their acceptance of the Proficiency for each Degree, for the candidate or candidates
   sponsored by their Lodge.
   B.) The Lodges Secretary or a Secretary pro tem, to record the Committee’s verification of candidate or candidates
   Proficiencies and activities of the Grand Masters One Day Class.
   C.) A Brother assigned as a Mentor to each candidate sponsored by the Lodge. Brothers mentioned in A.) above can
   be utilized as Mentors. The Mentor is to be seated with his assigned candidate during the Degree Work to aid in
   answering and/or clarifying the significance of any part of the work and/or address questions the candidate may have.

6.) Submit to the Grand Master a signed copy (Lodge Seal, Worshipful Master and Secretary’s Signatures required) of the
minutes of the Lodge’s next Stated meeting following the conferral of the Grand Masters One Day Class. These minutes
must contain a report on the Grand Master’s One Day Class, including the names of the lodge’s candidates, names of
mentors, names of the Lodge Proficiency Committee members, and noting that all candidates were made Masons at
sight, witnessed the exemplification of all three degrees, and were declared proficient in the modified proficiency
authorized by the Grand Master for each degree. The minutes must also show that the Lodge Members
approved the reading of the minutes and the Worshipful Master accepted the minutes.

7.) Complete required reporting of the Candidate and/or Candidates; as per Part II, Article VII, Section 28090, Subsection
C & I of the Code of Statutes of the Grand Lodge A.F.&A.M. of Montana, to the Grand Secretary on the next monthly
report or into the ROLLS Program.
