May 9, 1898 Dispensation was issued to form a Lodge in Marysville. Chartered September 14, 1898 as Ottawa Lodge No. 51. Named for Ottawa Gulch, a large gold digging. King Solomon's 9 and Ottawa 51 consolidated January 1, 2006 as Ottawa 51.
