When reporting membership information please use the Brother’s full given name (not his nickname) this is important for our historical records. When reporting a brother as being Reinstated, Affiliated, or Raised please make sure that you provide their mailing address. We can not complete their Masonic Record or return them to the database until we have a mailing address. Please “validate” all address for new and reinstated members. The last address you have may not be their current address. Please just don’t assume you have the correct mailing address. The default mailing address will be that of the Lodge Secretary. |

GRAND MASTER’S ONE-DAY CLASSES For 2006, MWGM Anderson has set the following dates for the Grand Master’s One Day Classes. Petition for the Grand Master’s One Day Class can be found at the back of this bulletin, make copies as you need. · Bigfork - April 8 · Bozeman - April 22 Requests for participating at the GM Class are due One Week prior to the Class. The class must have at least 12 candidates pre-registered in order to be conducted. Sixteen new Master Masons were raised at the Grand Master’s One Day Class in Great Falls on March 4th.

MEMBER ADDRESSES The Montana Masonic News does not have its own mailing data base. The addresses for used come from the Grand Lodge Master Database of members. Members are entered into the database only with an address, if it is unknown or mail has been returned than the address of the Lodge Secretary will be used. It is incumbent upon the Lodge Secretary to keep the addresses of his members current with Grand Lodge. |
